Notes:
- A $100 non-refundable registration fees will apply to all new/waitlisted registrants
- Registration fees, annual supply fees and one month tuition fee are non-refundable and are due upon registration via e-transfer to payments@orchardlearningacademy.com
- For continuing students, supply fees and non-refundable tuition deposit are due on April 1st, 2026
- Balance of tuition fees can be paid in 10 pre-authorized payments-first withdrawl in September 2026
- There will be a sibling discount of 5% for the subsequent child.
- All payments will be pre-authorized monthly withdrawals. No Cash, Credit Card or Cheques.
- Annual supply fees include textbooks (to be returned at the end of year), printed materials and technology use (some exceptions apply)
- School Uniforms, hot lunch program, field trips, stationery etc. is not included.
